Option 504C

The Model 504C is equipped with a special closing conveyor in the seal area which moves towards the infeed conveyor allowing small packages to transfer between the conveyors. When the seal cycle takes place, the closing conveyor retracts allowing the seal head to close and make the seal. It then re-closes waiting for the next package. This option comes with an on/off switch. When this option is being used, it reduces the machine speed to 20-25 packages per minute.
